Meet The Team

As an ordained Minister with 24 years full time vocational ministry leadership experience, 6 years non-profit board experience, a call to spiritual counseling, and a heart for God's people, Toni strives to bring the authentic word of God and the hearts of the servants in our community together. She is an out spoken, born and raised farm girl with a hard work ethic and a bold streak, a mother of two wonderful young men, and a grandmother. Her heart is to see our community enriched and thriving to the point it can spill over to surrounding cities, states, and beyond.

A hard working man from a "if you want it work for it" background with a heart to lead the men of God to a life of boldly headed families, & thriving communities. He has over 20 years ministry experience, 9 years men's ministry leadership & mentoring, is a M.O.O brother, a father of two sons, a grandfather, and servant. Matt wants to see the American family thrive again through the enrichment of God's love and the crafting of a stable family, financial, and community foundation through hard work, consistency, and grace. 

A blessed wife, mother, and grandmother with a servants heart, she brings 

10 years, servant and leadership experience in children's and student ministry. Her greatest desire is to see children, families, and communities growing stronger as they experience the hope, grace, and unconditional love of Christ. She pours out a passion for serving others through her part in outreach ministries, special events, community feeding programs, and opportunities to minister to those in need while demonstrating God's love.

As a veteran, husband, father of two, and father figure to many, he is invested in the quality of life in our city. He works for the Hot Springs Housing Authority serving the people of our community through the week, and serves as security protecting the people of his church on Sundays. He possesses a servant's heart, and the reliability of a soldier. He strives to see people succeed and walks out a willingness to help them get there.

Aa a thriving mother, wife, and leader, She brings 20 years of gifting in logistical planning, outreach coordination, fundraising, and more. Her history includes 25 years combined experience working in our local hospital and children's dentistry offices spreading her love for people each and every day. She is currently 5 years into a career in pre-school education and is joining the team at Gospel Light Church as a kindergarten teacher this fall. Her heart is in enriching the children in our community and helping build firm family foundations through education and the loving word of our Father in heaven.
